- Returns
1.1. Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged printed product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the return of the product, and upon verification of the defect or damage, we will either replace the product at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
1.2. Quality Concerns We take quality seriously and strive to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the printed product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request samples of the product and will work with you to assess the issue. If the issue is determined to be on our end, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
1.3. User Error We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that contain errors introduced by the customer during the design, installation, and ordering process. Please review your designs and order details carefully before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.
- Refunds
2.1. Refund Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The product is defective, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards.
- You have contacted our customer support team within the specified time frames mentioned in Sections 1.1 and 1.2.
- We have confirmed the issue and determined it to be our responsibility.
2.2. Refund Process If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will process the refund within 3 business days using the same payment method you used for the original order. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.
- Cancellation
3.1. Order Cancellation You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we will begin production, and we cannot guarantee a refund.
